CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations and no-shows within 24 hours will be charged 30% of the services booked to the card on file. Late Arrival Policy: We understand that life happens! We offer a 10- minute grace period for all appointments. If you arrive more than 10-minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened, rescheduled, or cancelled in order to stay on schedule and respect the time of all our clients.
